Whether you're planning on being committed or casual, we've got passes to suit any level of engagement.

We are based in Parklands & South New Brighton, Christchurch. There is a range of small and large class options, allowing you to get the most out of your workout.  As an added bonus when you purchase a Pop Pilates Concession Card you will get free access to the empowerednztribe online workouts in Facebook.

Cancellation Policy: EMpowerEd Training requires a minimum of 2 hrs cancellation notice prior to your scheduled session, otherwise you will be charged the full cost of the session

We also offer a mobile fitness package designed to bring a POP Pilates class to your function or company.  All you need to do is provide the venue or space.  Book us for a team building experience, hen's party, birthday party, conference, or a weekly team workout and feel empowered together.  

Package start from as little as $150 for up to 15 participants
