Whether you're planning on being committed or casual, we've got passes to suit any level of engagement.
We are based in Parklands & Tumara Park, Christchurch. The majority of Pop Pilates and PHIIT sessions are taught in a converted garage and in summer sometimes in the local park (weather permitting). Class sizes are small and intimate, allowing you to get the most out of your workout.
Exciting News! Due to classes being filled to capacity and waiting lists, from May 2021 all Monday and Wednesday evening Pop Pilates classes will be taught at the Parkview Community Lounge on Queenspark Drive.

Cancellation Policy: EMpowerEd Training requires a minimum of 24 hrs cancellation notice prior to your scheduled session, otherwise you will be charged the full cost of the session
We also offer a mobile fitness package designed to bring a POP Pilates class to your function or company. All you need to do is provide the venue or space. Book us for a team building experience, hen's party, birthday party, conference, or a weekly team workout and feel empowered together.
Package start from as little as $150 for up to 15 participants.
I have a chronic pain condition and my physio recommended that I try Pilates or yoga. I found Emily and I haven't looked back! I am well and truly addicted. I feel so strong and the benefits for my pain are fantastic, the fact there is zero impact and modifications means that I am able to build strength and challenge myself without any pain (except the muscles that haven't made an appearance in a few years!) I love how relatable Emily is, and the fact I can bring my children means I have no excuse not to workout!
