What if I can't make the Facebook Live workouts?
Not to worry if the times I record a Live workout does not suit you. All workouts are saved and you can access them whenever and wherever you like.
How do I claim my 1 week free EMpower Me online trial in Facebook?
All you need to do is go to Facebook Groups and search empowerednztribe and request to join. Once accepted you will have full access to all the workouts in the different unit folders.
This sounds all too easy! What's the catch?
Yes it is all too easy! And no there is no catch. Following your 1 week free trial I'll get in touch via Messenger and invite you to sign up as a member for only $15 a month. If you do not wish to sign up and remain in the group, I just remove you. Easy. No strings attached. (maybe just tell your friends/family and colleagues about the empowerednztribe as it may be suitable for them.)
What are your terms and conditions if I decide to cancel my online membership?
You are required to give at least one weeks notice prior to the cancellation of your membership by emailing which shall cease at the end of that month period.
Participants with a monthly subscription shall not be entitled to a refund of the membership subscription for the month, irrespective of the reason for or timing of the cancellation.
What do I need to bring to a Pop Pilates session?
All you need to bring is your yoga mat and a water bottle.
Do I need to be 'fit' to take a Pop Pilates class?
No, Pop Pilates is designed for people of all fitness levels, ages, shapes and sizes. We provide modifications to suit everyone's needs.
Do I need to be 'fit' to take a PHIIT class?
Some level of fitness is preferred, as there is a lot of moves which increase your heart rate. Modifications are provided for people starting their fitness journey as well as to protect joints.
How many people do I need for an EMpower Us session?
There is a set fee of $100 for up to 15 attendees. If the number of attendees is above 15 the EMpower Us package will increase. This can be negotiated.
